For businesses · Website & Digital Performance

Build the website. Then keep improving what it does for the business.

We design and build websites for businesses, then stay on, if you want us to, to keep improving them. We read the analytics, work on search and AI visibility, plan content, and make the changes you approve. Then we check what each change actually did.

Where businesses usually are

Most websites get launched and then left alone. The business keeps moving.

You need a new website, and this time you want it to explain the business properly.

We start with the offer, the audience, and what people need to find. Design and code follow from that.

The site looks fine, but nobody can say what it’s doing for the business.

We set up tracking that answers real questions, then go through it with you every month.

Every update turns into a small project, so the site falls behind the business.

Routine changes go to one team that already knows the site.

You show up in search, just not for the things customers actually look for.

We match pages to real searches and fix whatever stops them being found or clicked.

Customers ask AI tools for recommendations, and you don’t know what those tools say about you.

We make the business clear and consistent enough for search engines and AI answers to describe it accurately.

Two stages

We can build the site, improve it after launch, or do both.

Stage 01

Build

A new website or a rebuild, planned around what the business needs the site to do. We work out the strategy first. The design and the code follow from it.

  • Website strategy and positioning
  • Information architecture
  • UX and interface design
  • Web design and development
  • SEO foundations
  • Analytics and event tracking
  • Conversion paths and contact flows
  • Integrations with the tools you already use
  • Launch and quality checks
Stage 02

Manage & Grow

After launch, we stay on as the team responsible for the website. We keep it current, keep an eye on how it performs, and turn what we learn into improvements.

  • Marketing updates to the site
  • Technical performance and site health
  • Analytics, read and explained
  • SEO
  • AI search visibility (GEO)
  • Content strategy and editorial planning
  • Articles and guides based on what people search for
  • Continuous improvements, measured afterwards

We price both once we understand the scope, so you get a figure when you request a quote. Management is a monthly arrangement. Major redesigns, new functionality, and complex integrations are always scoped separately.

How ongoing management works

One team reads the data, makes the change, and checks the result.

When the people who suggest changes aren’t the people who make them, good ideas get stuck in the handoff. We do both, and nothing goes live without your approval.

01

See

We watch the site, how it shows up in search, and how visitors use it.

02

Recommend

We bring you a short list of priorities, explained in plain language.

Monthly review
03

05

Analytics

Fewer dashboards, more decisions. Each monthly review answers three questions:

  1. What changed?
  2. What does it mean for the business?
  3. What should we do next?

Beyond the website

Sometimes the answer isn’t a web page.

Some problems are really about a process: enquiries handled by hand, information spread across tools, a workflow that needs its own software. We design and build products and automations too, and we run two of our own.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do we have to sign up for ongoing management after the build?

No. A build project ends at launch, with the site working and handed over. Management is a separate monthly arrangement that you can start then, later, or not at all.

What's the difference between website management and maintenance?

Maintenance keeps a site running. Management also works out what should change. We read the analytics and search data, recommend priorities, make the changes you approve, and check what happened. Hosting, backups and fixes are part of the job, but they aren't the point of it.

What is AI search, or GEO?

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI answers which business to choose. GEO (generative engine optimization) makes sure your website gives those systems clear, accurate and well-structured information to draw from. Most of it overlaps with good SEO.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI mentions?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We can make the site clear, fast, well structured and genuinely useful, and we report honestly on what changes.

What isn't included in monthly management?

Major redesigns, new functionality and complex integrations are scoped separately. That keeps the monthly work focused on keeping the site current and improving it.

How much does it cost?

We provide prices when you request a quote, because they depend on the work. For a build, that means the scope of the site. For management, it's how often the site changes, how much content is involved, and how much search work it needs.

Can you manage a website you didn't build?

Often, yes, but it's case by case. We start by looking at how the site is built, hosted, and edited, then tell you honestly whether it makes sense for us to manage it as it is.

Who does the work?

Fernando leads every project directly and brings in specialists when the work needs them. You work with the person making the decisions, not with an account manager in between.

Talk about your website

Tell us where the website is today and what you need it to do.

A rough description is enough: a new site, a site that needs to work harder, or one that needs someone to look after it.

Or tell us about it here.

Fernando reads every enquiry. You’ll hear back by email with questions or a suggested next step.
