The problem
Contract dates need to become a reliable working timeline for agents, transaction coordinators, and clients.
The constraint
Dates come from contracts that people must verify. The experience needs to make review explicit, rather than suggesting that extraction removes the need for professional judgment.
The decision
Start with the source document and turn the extracted information into a reviewable timeline. Connect reminders and client visibility to that timeline instead of presenting them as unrelated features.
What The8Lab connected
Product definition, transaction workflow, interface design, development, and the public explanation of the product. The shared client timeline also makes communication part of the product experience.
What this demonstrates
Translating a recurring operational task into a focused product, while retaining a deliberate review step. It demonstrates implementation and product reasoning; it does not establish a measured reduction in missed deadlines.
