What happens when you contact Fabi
When you choose to contact Fabi through WhatsApp, the information you send is handled through WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy terms. Fabi will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand the service you are interested in and discuss scheduling or next steps.
Only share what is needed
You do not need to provide sensitive personal information to ask about a language or facilitation session. A brief description of your interest, goal and time zone is usually enough for an initial conversation.
Testimonials, images and recordings
No student story, image, recording or testimonial should be published without clear permission from the person involved.
Future forms and digital products
If website forms, an e-book, online courses or payments are added later, this policy should be updated to explain which information is collected, why it is needed, how it is stored and which external platforms are involved.
