Points of You®
Visual prompts designed to open dialogue, perspectives and new associations.
Facilitation for development · Individual or group
Individual or group facilitated experiences for people who want to pause, explore a question, notice new possibilities or relate to a choice with greater awareness.

What the experience is
Facilitation is not about giving you a ready-made answer. Fabi creates a structured individual or group experience where images, questions, games and conversation can help you see a situation from another angle.
Depending on your intention, a session may explore a decision, transition, relationship, pattern, value, possibility or next step.
You can arrive with a clear topic or simply a sense that something deserves attention.
The tools create prompts for observation and dialogue, not a test with a correct answer.
The process supports reflection and choice while respecting that the meaning belongs to you.
Tools Fabi may draw from
Fabi is trained and authorised to facilitate individual and group sessions using these tools. The tool is selected according to the intention of the experience.
Visual prompts designed to open dialogue, perspectives and new associations.
A board-based reflective journey that invites self-observation and exploration.
Cards and exercises that support listening, feelings, needs, values and communication.
A facilitated reflective game centred on awareness, choice and inner perspective.
Question-based prompts for meaningful reflection and conversation.

Clear boundaries
These sessions are facilitated development experiences. They are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment or a promise of a specific personal outcome.
Questions
Both formats are available. Individual sessions offer a private reflective space, while group sessions can create shared learning, dialogue and multiple perspectives around a common intention.
The starting point is your intention or question. Fabi can then suggest a tool or process that offers a useful structure for exploration.
No. These are development-oriented reflective sessions, not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
No. Fabi explains the process and guides the experience. You only need to arrive willing to explore your question with openness.
Begin with the question, not the tool
You do not need to choose Points of You®, GROK or another tool before reaching out. The first conversation is about your intention.
